Canon Brendan Giblin will be licenced as Rector of the Benefice by Bishop Anna at a service
at 7pm on Thursday 18th June at St Andrew's Church in Kirkby Malzeard. All are welcome at
this service, which will be followed by refreshments and a chance to chat to Brendan and his
wife Suzannah.
We hope that Brendan and Suzannah, who have already moved into The Rectory at Kirkby
Malzeard, will have a long and happy time in our busy and active community.
Andrew, Liz and Adrian have been a wonderful ministry team during our vacancy. We are grateful
that they have kept the beacon of the Christian faith burning brightly in this special part of God's
own county.
